Vacation Provisions wants to make your experience with us as easy as possible.  Listed below are some general instructions on how to navigate through our web pages as well as some common questions that we have provided answers to.  Please don't hesitate to contact us if you still need additional help.
 

·         HOME PAGE

The "Home" button on the menu is a brief introduction to Vacation Provisions and the service we provide. 

·         BEGIN SHOPPING

Click on this section to begin your order. There are categories listed to the left of the page and pictures of the categories in the middle of the pages.   Just click on the category or the picture you want to shop and choose the products that you want.  Within each category you will find sub-categories to ease in the process of finding exactly what you are looking for.

Once you are finished with a particular category and it's sub-categories,  you can click on the "Store Front" button and this will bring you back to the main categories page.  You can also click on the back button to move back up the category list.  At all times while in the store, you have the capability of using "Search" to locate items.

When selecting an item, you might find that there are options available to you such as size, color, flavor, etc.  Please make your selection, enter quantity and then click the "Add to Basket" button. 

Special Requests - At the bottom of each category on most pages, is a special request button. Type your request in the box provided, being as specific as possible, and click the "add one to basket" button.   The request will be added to your order and Vacation Provisions will contact you as soon as possible regarding the status of your request.

Shopping Cart - At any time, you can click on the "Shopping Cart" button at the top of the page to view and edit your contents.  If you do edit the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, make sure you click on "Update".   To continue shopping, click on the "Store Front" button.

Checkout -   When you have finished filling your shopping cart, click on the "checkout" button.  

Order Confirmation - After you fill in your delivery information, you will proceed to the Paypal website to securely pay for your order.  If you have added a special request, the total cost of your order will not include these items.   Vacation Provisions will contact you before delivery to let you know the cost of these goods and collect payment from you via fax or phone if online service is not available to you.

·         PERSONAL CHEF/CATERING

We have Personal Chefs and a licensed Catering Company available to come to your vacation property to prepare meals based on your needs and wants.  A menu and a budget will first be determined and then submitted for your approval. We require at least one week notice to provide this service.

Q & A

Do I have to order online?

Although ordering on line is probably the most convenient method, Vacation Provisions will gladly take your order by phone or fax.

What if I want a particular brand, size or item that is not offered?

Just type the details of any item into a request box and when we receive your request, we will let you know as soon as possible if we are able to fulfill it.

How do my groceries get delivered and stocked in my rental unit before I arrive?

Some rental management companies/Time Shares allow this service for your convenience and some do not.  If you are staying in a unit that allows for pre-arrival service, Vacation Provisions will let you know that we can provide this service.   When you arrive, your order will already be stocked in your unit.  If  we are unable to deliver pre-arrival, we will schedule with you a convenient time for your delivery.
