Creating A Basket
1. The first step in creating a basket is to click My basket on the menu.
2. If you currently have an open basket it will use this basket.
Baskets do not expire.
3. You can now view or delete the basket.
4. To continue ordering select a category on the left.
5. Look down the list for the product you wish to order.
6. Enter the quantity for that item, then click the Add to Cart button.

My Basket
This is the selection to begin the shopping process.

Entering Products
After selecting My Basket from the menu you can begin the process of ordering items.

1. The first page is a welcome page on the top you will see buttons that will allow you to:
   View the basket
   Delete the Basket
   Search for products.
2. The center area gives a brief description of the ordering process.
3. On the left menu you can select ordering categories. Select one category.
4. After selecting a Category the center pane will display that category with items below the buttons.
5. Enter a quantity in the box provided and check the corresponding checkbox; this will only update that one category.
6. Continue until you have finished shopping then select View Basket above.
7. At this point you may go back to shopping or checkout.

Searching Products
In the green box on the My Basket page, you can enter items you wish to search for.

In this box, you can enter partial or complete words.
Example: Entering “ban” will result in finding products like:
● Bananas
● Bandages
● Juices with banana
● Baby food with bananas
● Products with habanero
● Pies with bananas

Multiple words will not be separated for search.
For example: “ban pine” will produce no results.

Viewing Basket
Selecting View Basket will open a window displaying your current basket, with the number of items and the cost.

You may at this point change the quantities by overwriting the number in the white box next to the item, then selecting Update Quantity.

All quantities will be updated.

You may also choose to select Continue to Checkout.

Using My Profile
At this point you may edit your billing information.

This is the information that will be entered into the credit card fields at checkout time.

This information should agree with the name and billing information on the credit card.

If it is not, you will have an opportunity to change the information for the credit card at checkout. In case you’re using someone else’s credit card.

Resort Entry
The drop-down list is provided for convenience.

Please use this list to facilitate the entry of information. If your resort is not in the drop-down box, please type in the name and address of the resort.

Once you select a resort, the fields below will be filled in.

All you will be required to do is indicate the date and time of arrival.
